I Have Two Salt Lamps
One is at my work space and is turned on nearly all day whether I am working on the computer or not. It helps reduce the positive ions from the electromagnetic field emanating from the computer.
The other sits in my healing space on a shelf with my crystals. It was a gift from my daughter. It vibrates with the crystal energy, gently clears the space, and has a warm glow.
Have you noticed how the fresh air after a thunder storm or the cool salt breezes from the ocean can restore your sense of wellbeing? This is because the ocean’s salt air and the air following a rain storm is highly charged with healthy negative ions that feed our cells.
Placing a salt lamp in areas where positive ions may be polluting the air space (such as near your electronics) will help neutralize the air you breathe. The body and mind feel more grounded and in balance.
Salt deposits at the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains were formed around 250 million years ago in ancient oceans and are untouched by pollution.
